Quality Assurance
Quality You Can Trust
Every lot we ship is independently sampled, tested and certified - so what arrives at your plant is exactly what you contracted.

Testing Process
Independent by Design
Quality disputes destroy trading relationships. That is why CriticalOre's quality system is built around independence: our own XRF screening is always confirmed by an accredited third-party laboratory before a Certificate of Analysis is issued.
Buyers receive the full analytical picture - grade, impurities, moisture and, where relevant, radiological data - before the vessel sails. Sealed umpire samples are retained for every lot, and umpire analysis terms are standard in our contracts.
Sampling Process
Representative Every Time
- 1Incremental sampling across the full lot per ISO / JIS standards
- 2Mechanical division to laboratory sample size
- 3Three-way split: buyer sample, seller sample, sealed umpire sample
- 4Chain-of-custody documentation from pile to laboratory
Laboratory Testing
